Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. When you purchase one of our products, part of what you are purchasing is an exclusive magic secret, a secret that once divulged can no longer be returned. In our advertising we disclose as much as possible (without exposing the secret) for you to make an informed decision on whether a product fits your needs. It is up to you the consumer to determine whether the product is for you before purchasing it. Once purchased, unless otherwise authorized, there are absolutely no returns. Defective merchandise is the exception; if at the time of receipt of merchandise, a product is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange that product or the defective part of that product provided it is returned to us and verified (by us) to be defective through no fault of the customer. Otherwise, no returns.
