Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. When you purchase one of our products, part of what you are purchasing is an exclusive magic secret, a secret that once divulged can no longer be returned. In our advertising we disclose as much as possible (without exposing the secret) for you to make an informed decision on whether a product fits your needs. It is up to you the consumer to determine whether the product is for you before purchasing it. Once purchased, unless otherwise authorized, there are absolutely no returns. Defective merchandise is the exception; if at the time of receipt of merchandise, a product is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange that product or the defective part of that product provided it is returned to us and verified (by us) to be defective through no fault of the customer. Otherwise, no returns.
For international shipments (any country other than Canada), the customer/buyer is responsible for paying any and all fees associates with importing their shipment into their country, including but not limted to customs fees, duties, brokerage and shipping (unless otherwise specified in writing by APTricks.com). If we ship your product to you and you fail to pay the neccessary fees to important your package, resulting in your package being returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get the product to you as well as the return shipping cost if applicable. We may, at our discretion, charge an administration fee depending on the circumstances.
